Hi,
what keys do I have to press to toggle through the worms manually at the
beginning of my turn to select the one i want?

I don't have WWP, but I guess they didn't change it since Worms 2? It's tab.
Btw if tab isn't the key, it wouldn't hurt to check your game manual...
